The Plan was established to provide retirement benefits to all eligible employees of Amway (Europe) Limited and Amway (UK) Limited. The Plan is a final salary pension scheme whereby benefits are payable to members in accordance with the Plan Rules based on their length of service and their average salary prior to retirement.
The Plan is governed by the Trustees who are required to act in accordance with the Trust Deed and Rules, within the framework of pension and trust law.
The Plan was closed to new entrants on 1 April 2001 and was closed to future accrual on 1 February 2014.
