How To Use

  • Apply mascara first to the top of lashes.
  • Wiggle brush from the base of the lash to the tips.
  • Work from the inside of the eye to the ends of your lashes while brushing from base of lashes to tips.
  • Rotate the brush as necessary for an even application.
  • Separate lashes with brush as you go along.
  • Wear the Harajuku Blue alone or over black mascara for an intensified look. The mascara can also be applied to the tips of lashes for an ombre effect.
  • The Harajuku Brown has a slight shimmer finish and is best worn alone.
